As Vice President, Branded Card Experiential Manager within the Lifestyle team, you will lead the strategy and execution of events, experiences, and sponsorships for Chase’s branded card portfolios. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact experiences that support business goals and enhance customer engagement.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead experiential strategy and execution for branded card events and sponsorships
  • Drive end-to-end event planning, including on-site management and post-event review
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner agencies, vendors, and venues
  • Manage and support internal and external teams to achieve strategic event objectives
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Establish and implement standard procedures for event development and production
  • Train staff to ensure flawless event execution
  • Serve as on-site lead for all events, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Monitor and apply trends in event planning, design, and production
  • Maintain compliance with legal, reputational, health, and safety regulations
  • Oversee budget and deadline management for all event activities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills
  • Experience with consumer and business brands
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • People management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience managing budgets and meeting deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong control and compliance environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services or credit card industry
  • Background in large-scale event production
  • Familiarity with sponsorship activation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Knowledge of current event technology and trends
  • Multilingual skills
