Job Description

The Connected Commerce Banking Payments organization is a motivated, forward-thinking team comprised of highly talented product managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. The Vice President, Payment Experiences and Services (PxS), Program Manager will help drive product strategy and delivery for Duplicate Payment Prevention program. We are seeking a talented and impactful individual with high IQ and EQ to drive strategic direction and connect the dots on a business agenda spanning multiple teams, partners, and LOBs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, a strong strategic thinker, strong communicator, and focused on execution. This candidate should also have superior influencing/relationship management and team leadership skills.

Job responsibilities

Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and oversee multiple projects to ensure they align with the organization's objectives.

Monitor program progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Lead and mentor project managers and team members to achieve program goals.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program success.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with budget management and financial analysis.

PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
