Job Summary:
As a Freedom Credit Card Growth Leader in the Chase Branded Card team, you own the end-to-end growth strategy for the Freedom portfolio, with a special focus on the Freedom Flex Refresh. You collaborate with Data and Analytics, Finance, Risk, and Technology to design and execute initiatives that drive new account volume and long-term portfolio health. You use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, sharpen targeting, and present recommendations to senior leadership. This role empowers you to innovate, influence, and make a lasting impact on our customers and business.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead acquisition strategy for Freedom Flex Refresh and optimize across cashback products
- Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel campaigns to maximize applications
- Run A/B tests and track performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Translate analytics into actionable targeting and approval strategies
- Build business cases with Finance and Risk, forecasting revenue and ROI
- Set and manage P&L targets, balancing growth with credit quality
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions
- Lead working sessions and resolve roadblocks without direct authority
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with Analytics, Technology, Marketing, and COE teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong self-starter with proactive engagement across teams
- Proven ability to influence and achieve results without direct supervision
- Comfortable with change and creating structure from ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 10+ years’ experience in credit card acquisitions, financial services strategy, or management consulting
