As a Product Associate in Personalization and Customer insights team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Leads day-to-day activities related to analysis, project management, and delivery of recommendations product strategy initiatives for the Consumer and Commercial Banking digital team.
  • Synthesizes information, identify trends and blind spots, and develop compelling narratives focused on personalization and product strategy to enhance the customer experience.
  • Communicates the product vision to cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible content and visualizations.
  • Transforms research and data into actionable insights, implications, and initiatives that support strategic objectives and foster team alignment.
  • Prepares and deliver content and reports to periodically update a range of stakeholders—including adjacent teams and executive management across lines of business—on roadmap progress, delivery milestones, and product strategy.
  • Applies analytical and data-driven rigor to decision-making processes when launching new features, conducting experiments, and analyzing customer behavior.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to present information clearly and listen actively, with strong communication and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic proficiency in data extraction and manipulation using SQL or similar languages to evaluate product performance.
  • Genuine passion for digital experiences, with adaptability and a positive attitude in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to analyze data, investigate details, and develop hypotheses for validation through market testing or experimentation.
  • Willingness to embrace ambiguity and participate in iterative processes to improve strategy, data visualizations, and priorities through experimentation.
  • Foundational knowledge of current digital banking trends and emerging industry practices.
  • BS in a technical field such as Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering Management, or comparable field of
