  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications to ensure organized and efficient shoots
  • Deliver final assets on time and communicate changes in timing, budget, or feedback promptly
  • Contribute to post-production workflows, including freelance editor onboarding, deadline tracking, and quality control
  • Shape raw footage into social-friendly, editor-ready outlines
  • Incorporate feedback from internal and external partners, guiding editors with clear, actionable notes
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience presenting to cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to switch between creative and logistical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of brand identity and voice
  • Ability to make clear, concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong control and compliance environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
