Job Description
The J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing Strategy team defines the vision for how we support our rapidly growing affluent segment amidst the launch of a new offering that bridges the gap between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. We are a highly-collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit-- committed to delivering the most elevated and personalized experiences for our clients.
As a Marketing Delivery Associate within J.P. Morgan Private Client, you will thrive in a creative environment and enjoy managing the end-to-end creative. You will help lead the execution of client engagement and acquisition marketing efforts for bank products, partnering closely with our marketing strategy team. Initiatives will span multiple medium with heavy emphasis on digital and direct mail to build awareness, to educate, and to drive consideration. You should have experience working with cross-functional teams in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support critical touch points along the customer journey and have a mindset for performance measurement, best practices and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters.
- Collaborate with marketing strategy managers on creative development and to identify opportunities, strengthen campaign strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting.
- Work within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch.
- Contribute innovative and creative ideas as well as channel best practices
- Think critically and making recommendations to optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs
- Lead a robust marketing planning process that clearly articulates strategic priorities and the tactical book of work.
- Lead a process that allows marketing delivery teams to quickly adjust to changing priorities within the marketing book of work.
- Track changes to the book of work, ensuring all downstream teams can support.
- Generate monthly reporting on project intake and changes, identifying trends and when additional headcount may be required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge of and 3+ years experience in campaign execution and/or project management
- Agency/vendor management, including process improvement and issues resolution/escalation
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controls
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in financial services/investment marketing and/or agency-side experience
- Ability to travel on possible quarterly
