Job Description

Join the Chief Business Office supporting both the Credit Card and Connected Commerce teams. This dynamic role offers broad exposure across key business areas and the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, Business Management in the Card and Connected Commerce team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating business planning sessions, preparing senior executive presentations, managing team communications, and organizing offsites, town halls and events. Additionally, you will oversee governance activities such as monthly OKR reporting, headcount tracking, and expense management. The role also involves maintaining the strategic business plan and supporting the execution of critical projects. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong planning capabilities, and outstanding communication. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and build effective partnerships across the organization to deliver results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate business planning sessions, senior executive presentations, team communications, offsites, town halls and other events.
  • Manage reporting/governance initiatives, including monthly OKR reporting, headcount tracking, and expense management.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and track follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
  • Build and nurture relationships across teams and levels to drive collaboration and project success.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3 plus years of experience in business management, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • High interpersonal effectiveness, credibility, and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to ask questions to deepen understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
