DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead a portfolio of business intelligence initiatives focused on revenue growth. Develop actionable insights to maximize penetration of the total addressable market. Apply advanced analytics to large datasets. Craft business cases and ROI models to prioritize opportunities and optimize financial outcomes. Conduct comprehensive market research and data aggregation to leverage industry-leading datasets and advanced analytical approaches. Guide teams through challenges by directing strategic thinking and problem-solving. Craft narratives using data visualization and storytelling to facilitate opportunity prioritization and stakeholder buy-in. Influence the strategic agenda by serving as a data-driven advisor to senior leaders. Direct initiatives, set priorities, and mobilize teams with the appropriate mix of skills and experience for each project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Mathematics, Engineering (Any), Mathematics, Data Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy Manager, Engagement Manager, Business Consultant, Modeling Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a PhD in Financial Mathematics, Engineering (Any), Mathematics, Data Science or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy Manager, Engagement Manager, Business Consultant, Modeling Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Delivering analytical solutions to global banks and investment firms; Translating analytical insights into actionable business narratives; Performing data analysis, database querying, and data extraction on enterprise databases using SQL and Python; Creating integrative business intelligence visualizations using Python, SQL, and Tableau; Delivering high-impact strategic recommendations based on analytics-driven business growth strategies to senior leadership at Fortune 500 companies; Developing and implementing statistical and machine learning models on datasets to extract strategic business insights using Python or Alteryx. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Overseeing analytics and strategy projects, including defining project scope, developing project plans, managing timelines and capacity, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and delivering project objectives; Working with stakeholders to align on strategic objectives, communicate analytical findings, and facilitate project implementation and adoption; Managing team performance by setting goals, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for professional development.

Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $235,000 per year.
