As the Global Security Operations Center Manager within the Global Security team, you will work as part of a 24/7/365 team providing incident detection, triage, and response to support the operations of the Firm. You will have a leading role in defining, designing, progressing, and delivering the strategic agenda of the function, operating within a world-class Fusion Center. You will coordinate and collaborate across multiple Global Security product lines to execute annual and multi-year plans to ensure a world-class, integrated, and converged security system. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Crisis Management and Security Operations Centers, you will operate amongst a diverse and exciting portfolio of work, projects, personnel, and programs.
Job Responsbilities
- Manage daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring adherence to established protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and standards.
- Oversee incident detection, triage, and response, integrating with crisis management efforts and communicating critical updates to stakeholders.
- Recruit, manage, train, and mentor a high-performing team of security analysts to ensure effective 24/7 operational coverage.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, procedures, and workflows to enhance GSOC effectiveness and standardization across global locations.
- Partner closely with internal and external partners, such as Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Facilities, and Law Enforcement, to enhance incident response.
- Establish, record, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate monthly governance materials to assess the effectiveness of the GSOC.
- Aid in the development of standards, procedures, job aides and other documentation necessary to sustain and deliver GSOC operations.
- Drive and mange working groups and/or project management groups to enhance the GSOC’s technology and/or operational support as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrable leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Extensive experience in GSOC operations, security monitoring, and incident/crisis response.
- Strong communication skills for disseminating information and providing executive-level updates.
- Familiarity with various security systems, such as video surveillance, access control, and incident management platforms.
