Job Description

Chase Media Solutions harnesses the power of Chase to help brands connect more meaningfully with 84 million Chase customers. Our transaction-based marketing platform leverages first-party data to expertly match businesses with audiences, inspiring valuable relationships that last through the Chase Offers program. As part of Offers & Shopping and Connected Commerce, we drive incremental growth for merchants while helping Chase customers level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love.


As a Project Manager, Industry Activation & Partnerships within Chase Media Solutions, you will coordinate activations with internal and external partners, refine processes and tracking to demonstrate ROI, and support account organization and outreach. You will contribute to strategic planning, produce and activate events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. Your role will involve managing event logistics, developing promotional materials, and partnering with sales, operations, finance, and marketing teams. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of Chase Media Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and implement a year-long strategic client and prospect activation and partnership plan to build engagement and awareness in the media and marketing industry.
  • Produce, promote, and activate in-person and virtual events that drive awareness and new business leads for the sales team.
  • Draft, present, and iterate presentations, recap materials, and promotional content with cross-functional partners.
  • Manage guest list development and RSVPs; serve as the key point person for event management platform onboarding and daily use.
  • Identify and implement improvements for tracking event ROI; partner with sales and operations to document progression and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the point person with finance and purchasing teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, card events, and other lines of business, ensuring compliance with legal processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or event services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver messages clearly and succinctly.
  • Experience with event platforms and CRMs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility, demonstrating discretion and good judgment.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel for work (10%).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in media or marketing industry.
  • Salesforce experience.
