Sr Product Associate - (CAE) Mobile and Web Discoverability

As a Senior Product Associate in Customer Acquisition Experiences (CAE), you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
As part of CAE, you’ll developing experiences that empower customers to discover and select the right financial products or services that meet their needs, while exceeding acquisition goals. Collaboration with multiple partners across Product, Design, Tech, and Marketing will be essential to develop a unified customer experience and E2E journey from discovery into application
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Support ongoing partner/stakeholder management with our lines of business and horizonal partners, securing alignment on roadmap, providing updates on progress and sharing out results/performance
- Manage Confluence documentation – including a living evergreen repository of our current state
- Participate in technical desk checks with engineers in order to iterate on requirements and acceptance criteria; complete UAT testing and be accountable for defect management
- Own the post-production validation of implemented features and capabilities.
- Participate in monthly control checks, ensuring continued feature/capability accuracy either through automation or manual checks
- Participate in the recurring Agile ceremonies of aligned scrum teams:
- Daily standup
- Epic refinement
- Story refinement
- Desk check review
- PO sign-offs
- Defect review sessions
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience with API-based designs, microservices, web services
- Ability to read code (React JS) and API service definitions in order to understand existing system behavior
- Web service and database technologies; appreciation of responsive web design
- Experience of working with JIRA, Adobe Experience Manager, and Figma
- Understanding of Quality Assurance best practices and various types of testing
- Demonstratable experience with writing in Gherkin
- Experience with AI capabilities & driving product delivery efficiencies
