As the Field Integration lead for Advisor tools on the Sales Strategy and Support team, you will own the business prioritization and roadmap for Advisor Tools in Chase Wealth Management. This teams acts as the “voice of the field,” serving as the key integration partner with product and technology groups to ensure we’re building, designing, and prioritizing tools and resources that help our advisors be more effective and deepen client relationships aligned to the Practice Management framework. Your mission is to drive enterprise-wide adoption of best-in-class productivity platforms, deliver transformational efficiency gains, and embed robust controls in a highly regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Set the multi-year strategic roadmap and priorities for advisor productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with firmwide digital transformation goals.
- Influence product roadmaps to align strategically to business objectives and ensure tools are built with advisor behavior and practice management fundamentals at the forefront.
- Own field testing, pilots and national roll outs, designing resources and training to drive adoption of new features while collecting feedback and partnering with product teams to continuously improve.
- Establish an executive-level governance forum to drive prioritization, risk assessments and cross-business coordination.
- Drive change management at scale—owning stakeholder engagement plans, executive communications, training frameworks and adoption metrics.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage and advisor satisfaction.
- Serve as a strong communicator, translating product and technology updates in a way that resonates with the advisors and leaderships.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 12+ years of experience in financial services, preferably wealth management. Client-facing sales experience is a plus,
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-year technology and transformation programs
- Experience working within or partnering closely with a product organization to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs and drive agile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of wealth-management and advisor workflows and regulatory landscape.
- Familiarity with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce), BI/analytics tools (Tableau) and workflow-automation technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at navigating complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional leadership presence, with experience building high-performing teams and developing talent.
- Bachelor’s degree required
