JP Morgan is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to support the development of our CRM product within Digital Markets. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, helping to shape the future of CRM platforms for our Markets business.

As an Associate in Digital Markets, you will contribute to the design and delivery of CRM solutions that support the complex workflows of digital market sales. You will help optimize processes for lead management, opportunity tracking, client onboarding, sales pipeline visibility, and post-trade client servicing. Your work will help ensure sales teams have the tools and insights needed to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

You will collaborate with sales, trading, technology, and operations teams to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into scalable CRM features. By leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven insights, you will help integrate CRM workflows with other digital platforms, supporting a unified experience for users. You will play a key role in driving adoption, continuous improvement, and innovation within the CRM ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Support: Assist in developing and refining CRM workflows for lead generation, sales pipeline management, client onboarding, and post-trade support, tailored to the needs of digital market sales teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Help ensure the CRM platform provides sales teams with real-time data, actionable insights, and automated processes to maximize efficiency and client impact.
  • Integration: Support the integration of CRM with other digital platforms, such as trading systems, analytics tools, and client portals, to provide a holistic view of client interactions and sales activities.
  • User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-centric design that simplifies sales processes and enhances productivity for front-office teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in feedback loops with users to identify pain points, suggest enhancements, and support ongoing optimization of CRM workflows.
  • Innovation: Contribute ideas for incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline tasks and deliver predictive insights that support proactive sales strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field, with exposure to delivering successful products or projects.
  • Basic understanding of the Markets business or financial services.
  • Technical aptitude, with experience supporting platform or product development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience or coursework related to CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM frameworks or mobile product development is a plus.
