As the Head of Employee Dining in the Amenity Services organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of dining programs across JPMC’s US and Canadian locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendor partners, and executive leadership to deliver best-in-class café, coffee, catering, and pantry services. Your role will focus on integrating the latest retail and food trends, driving transformation, and ensuring a seamless, inclusive experience for all employees and clients. You will champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in every aspect of our dining services.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Employee Dining strategy across the US and Canada.
- Productize the Café program in partnership with the Amenity Services Product Manager.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for café operations and industry relationships.
- Support the design and implementation of upgrades and construction projects for new and existing dining locations.
- Deliver and maintain brand standards while overseeing metric reporting and supporting construction initiatives.
- Develop and enforce US café standards to ensure first-class service and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on global standards, concept development, menu innovation, and implementation.
- Provide leadership on technology innovation and integration within dining programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry innovations to define program strategy.
- Manage relationships with all dining vendors, ensuring performance against contractual requirements.
- Oversee budget management, cost controls, and business case reviews to support strategic initiatives and program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Possess at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in retail, coffee, and food and beverage operations.
- Manage remote teams at varying levels of experience.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written business communication skills.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Develop and implement long-term program strategies.
- Apply strong project management abilities to drive initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and partners.
- Organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a demanding work environment.
- Drive results through collaboration and a strong customer focus.
- Oversee budget management and accountability for program performance.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and demonstrate flexibility in changing circumstances.
