As the Digital Analytics Senior Associate on the HR Employee Experience team, you will turn data into high-impact actions that elevate the employee journey. Partnering with senior product managers, UX designers, and executive stakeholders, your analyses will guide product roadmaps, inform lifecycle decisions, and accelerate platform evolution. As a champion of analytics best practices and agile delivery, you’ll foster continuous improvement and deliver measurable enterprise value through clear, compelling narratives.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct analytics using digital platforms (Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics) to identify key trends and actionable opportunities.
- Configure and analyze data views, create calculated metrics, and troubleshoot data quality within Adobe CJA.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability across platforms, including troubleshooting data ingestion issues and validating data.
- Integrate data-driven insights into web and mobile product development to optimize user experience and product performance.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive product success metrics, enabling leaders to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders through compelling presentations and insights.
- Establish and promote best practices in analytics, stakeholder management, program management, agile delivery, and governance.
- Build strong relationships and operate as a trusted business partner across cross-functional teams, including collaboration with AEP administrators.
- Identify and resolve product friction points, flagging opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline and 3+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics within a product-focused environment.
- Experience configuring and analyzing data views, dimensions, and metrics in Adobe CJA, including creating calculated metrics and filters from multiple sources.
- Experience conducting digital analytics using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to generate actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)architecture, data ingestion, and identity resolution.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile product development best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage timelines effectively.
- Critical analysis skills to identify anomalies and derive business insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to define, deliver, and communicate product success metrics and performance narratives to executive audiences.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including expertise in data ingestion, schema design, identity resolution, and managing complex data flows for robust analytics and business intelligence.
- Experience leveraging Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enrich analyses by integrating and harmonizing external data sources for deeper business insights.
- Experience with enterprise product platforms and workflows, such as Oracle HCM or comparable systems.
- Advanced degree (Master’s) in a quantitative or technical field.
