As a Product Director in the Kinexys Digital Assets team, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. You work with us to deliver transformative financial infrastructure and products for institutional and corporate clients, driving change and growth in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of Kinexys Digital Assets
- Drive the development of new products and features related to digital assets and tokenization, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Lead, coach, mentor, and empower product teams to execute across the product life cycle, while defining and instilling best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and functional partners, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and improvement
- Identify and remove barriers to product success
- Monitor market trends and competitor landscape to inform product direction
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external audiences
- Drive measurable business outcomes through product leadership
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications
- Proven track record of leading transformative innovation initiatives to market, leveraging new technologies to drive change in complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in capital markets, securities services, investment management or a closely related field
- Recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry experience and strong technical orientation
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of the impact of digital assets and tokenization on wholesale financial mark
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated innovation in previous roles through patents, authorship, industry engagements, or similar accomplishments
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of regulations governing digital assets, tokenization and compliance frameworks
- Experience in complex financial institutions with multiple business lines and regulatory oversight
- Experience with tokenization of traditional financial products on blockchain
- Industry recognition for thought leadership and innovation
- Experience presenting at industry conferences or contributing to industry publications
