VP, Sapphire Lounge Product Strategy and Network Partnerships

As the Sapphire Lounge Product Strategy and Network Partnerships, Vice President you will play as a key leader in a growing and delivering incremental value to Chase credit card customers through lounge product strategy development and partnership management with an external Partner. You will sit within the Chase Branded Cards organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities

  • Focus on Sapphire Lounge product strategy and it’s evolution as a key travel benefit, in addition to managing strategic lounge partners
  • Work with several key internal and external stakeholders through collaboration to drive strategy, opportunity assessment and business case development using customer and data driven insights to enhance the end-to-end traveler journey.
  • Responsible for program management of key lounge partnerships, delivering to contractual commitments and key project milestones.
  • Work cross functionally with the Chase Branded Cards teams, Chase Travel and other lines of business.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Build and deliver product strategies that help us deliver our customer goals to drive NPS, expand card and connected commerce experiences across the travel journey.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, build and leverage relationships across various lines of business, as well as with external partners
  • Be intellectually curious with a customer-first mindset.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably in travel or travel-related industries
  • Must have project management, and strategic partnership management experience
  • Have strong analytical skills, understanding of a P&L, business trend analysis and forecasting
  • Must have strategy development, business case development and execution
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational planning and cross-functional leadership, partnership, and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA preferred
  • Travel, airline experience a plus
