As a Strategy Senior Associate, you’ll help drive strategic priorities, support product and portfolio strategy, and shape the future of our card business. In this role you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to set and track strategic objectives, support high-priority initiatives, and help define the long-term vision for customer experience and product strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Job responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in setting strategic direction, driving alignment on long-term priorities, and influencing decision-making to advance top business priorities
  • Help define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the product portfolio’s ongoing success
  • Support critical strategic initiatives to enhance and transform customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities and scalable solutions
  • Assist in developing and socializing strategies for transformation and long-term growth and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement
  • Cultivate strategic awareness and collaboration across the portfolio, ensuring initiatives are integrated and aligned while proactively identifying synergies and opportunities to advance key priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar roles
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure and break down complex problems, synthesize diverse information, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas; advanced storytelling abilities demonstrated through compelling PowerPoint presentations and proficient use of Excel
  • Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing leadership
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience working in financial services
