Chase’s growing Content organization is hiring a Vice President of Email Operations to manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, and driving operational excellence across the email content team. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their credit card benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to the Content team’s Head of Product and Operations.

As Vice President, Email Operations Marketing Delivery Lead within Lifestyle, you will be responsible for intake management, stakeholder engagement, timeline creation, resource assignment and feedback coordination. You will work closely with writers, editors, photo coordinators, and designers/producers to ensure all email campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively and drive process improvements will be critical to success. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of email operations coordinators, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee the intake process for email campaign requests, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and success metrics
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate work across writers, editors, photo coordinators and designers/producers, balancing workloads and priorities
  • Coordinate and facilitate feedback rounds with stakeholders, ensuring revisions are incorporated efficiently
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and quality
  • Serve as a process advocate and subject matter expert for email operations within the content team
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including marketing, product and tech teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving results through leadership and influence
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Workfront)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with creative teams (writers, editors, designers, producers) in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of Chase credit card programs and benefits
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry
