Corporate Internal Communications Senior Associate

This editorial and operational role supports employee communications for three corporate functions: Risk Management and Compliance, Internal Audit and Legal. The primary editorial focus will be the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk organization within Risk Management and Compliance with the majority of the role’s time allocated to communication operations, described further below, extending across all three functions. In addition, you will support development of strategies for Compliance communication campaigns, and partner with senior colleagues to execute.
As a Corporate Internal Communications Senior Associate within the Corporate & Firmwide Employee Communications team you will be passionate about prioritizing excellence and protecting and advancing the reputation of the firm and eager to work in the fast-paced, high expectations environment of one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Job responsibilities
- Draft intranet articles on topics ranging from Compliance activities to executive site visits
- Review and edit Compliance Bulletins drafted by the Compliance team
- Support development of strategies for Compliance communication campaigns, and partner with senior colleagues to execute
- Prepare initial drafts of PowerPoint decks / talking points / briefings and other materials for internal events
- Participate in providing and collecting communications business requirements for the firm’s Compliance Bulletin broadcast tool
- Build and distribute high-profile internal emails using the firm’s in-house broadcast email platform
- Create and maintain intranet pages
- Manage event logistics for senior executive and employee events and site visits, including scheduling, booking rooms, scheduling Zoom webinars, audio/video requirements, catering, RSVP tracking, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong business writing skills
- Good executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and/or external clients
- Demonstrated ability to leverage large language models for human-in-the-loop content creation and brainstorming
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines and deliver results with a strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English language communications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience within the firm or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with broadcast email distribution and intranet content management systems
- Corporate event management experience
