Vice President, Business Analysis Manager, Chase Travel

The Chase Travel team is responsible for identifying and negotiating key travel partnerships that can deliver exceptional card member value through embedded travel and lifestyle benefits that strengthen the card portfolio. Chase Travel also manages large strategic partnerships with our co-brand partners, as well as our premium travel advisor community and online technology team.
Establishing these partnerships requires careful strategic consideration and we are looking for smart, dynamic people who can deliver at Chase. You must be able to think strategically to assess multiple opportunities that will allow us to deliver exceptional travel experiences for Chase customers.
As a Vice President- Business Manager on the Chase Travel Premium Leisure and Corporate Solutions team, you will take the lead in managing fast-paced projects that are of high priority to our senior management and are at the forefront of the industry. These projects are team-based and necessitate significant collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional business partners. Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. You will be responsible for coordinating across Strategy, Finance, HR, Technology, Legal and Compliance. The business manager is a strategic partner to the heads of each of these functions, accountable for providing advice, analytics and perspective to senior management, as well as managing the monthly forecast process and annual budget analytics and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Structures and synthesizes business priorities, operating plans, reporting and business activities consistently across all Premium Leisure and Corporate Solutions lines of business
- Identifies opportunities for scale and operational leverage across the portfolio of Premium Leisure and Corporate Solutions lines of business
- Serves as an objective thought partner to the Premium Leisure and Corporate Solutions Leadership team
- Collaborates with teams across LOBs and functional areas (e.g., finance, product, HR, marketing)
- Scopes and structures business cases and projects that drive high impact
- Leads and partners with teams in project execution to identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential impact to the business
- Organizes complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Develops and delivers CEO-level executive communications and presentations with limited oversight
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in related and relevant roles (e.g., management consulting, strategy, business management, finance)
- Highly motivated individual with advanced communication skills
- Experience developing presentations for senior management and decision-making
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Technical skills – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a superior knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently, comfortable interacting with senior business/Corporate leaders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
