As an Agility Senior Associate in Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms (CAMP), you will contribute to the team by guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Leveraging your advanced knowledge of agile principles, you will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to build continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job responsibilities:

- Facilitates the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and provide guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performance
- Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
- Enables agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals
- Analyzes and interprets policies, identify key barriers, and apply your critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle
- Uses advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership
- Coaches and guides teams on outcome-based planning and prioritization with frequent delivery to improve the objectives
- Utilizes the metrics effectively to develop and communicate product strengths and areas of improvement
- Collaborates with the Agility Leads and Product Portfolio Operations to drive change and consistency across the portfolio and beyond
- Acts as a change agent by proactively identifying organizational impacts of new initiatives and guiding teams through transitions with empathy and clarity
- Analyzes the impact of change across teams and stakeholders, developing strategies to influence adoption and minimize resistance
- Leads the organization through change by facilitating communication, training, and support to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption of new processes or tools

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals
- Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban; monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability; Jira experience required
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
- Possess technical and business acumen to work effectively within a cross-functional Agile team. Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience required
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, experimentation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives, including assessing change impacts and developing adoption strategies
- Proven ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams, leveraging strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in change management methodologies and tools, with the ability to coach teams and individuals through periods of transition and transformation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Product Owner Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM or PSPO or verifiable equivalent experience. Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User stories, Acceptance Criteria, Automated testing, value stream mapping etc.
- Technical knowledge of preferred programming practices (BDD, TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automation, etc.) in order to lead the team towards the right modern Agility solutions and improvement
