The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for accelerating the firm’s data and analytics journey. This includes ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of the company's data, as well as leveraging this data to generate insights and drive decision-making. The CDAO is also responsible for developing and implementing solutions that support the firm’s commercial goals by harnessing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to develop new products, improve productivity, and enhance risk management effectively and responsibly.
As an AI Product Manager Director within the Generative AI Services team leading Developer Experience, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of AI across the firm. You will lead the product strategy, manage the product development lifecycle, and collaborate with technology partners to deliver best-in-class products for the firm, with a focus on user experience and developer engagement.
Job Responsibilities- Define a strategic vision and roadmap for the AI Developer Experience, primarily focused on SDKs, CLIs, and other developer focused service consumption patterns
- Champion the product vision across the firm, engaging stakeholders and demonstrating the product's clarity, experience, and criticality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various businesses (Investment Bank, Consumer Bank, etc.), technical teams, and research groups to gather business requirements, create PRDs, develop prototypes, and deliver high-quality products that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and research insights, driving innovation and excellence in product development.
- Focus on improving user experience by leveraging development environments and AI-coding tools to drive better data scientist and engineering workflows
- Drive adoption among developers and data scientists by promoting the use of developer tools and SDKs, ensuring products are accessible and valuable to technical users.
- 8+ years of experience in product management with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing product teams.
- Deep experience in leading developer-facing products, developing appropriate patterns and abstractions
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders.
- Strong track record of owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environments.
- Expertise in the AI lifecycle, spanning from data discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring.
- Competence cloud computing and architecture.
- Ability to drive developer and data scientist adoption through effective use of developer tools and SDKs.
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
