Product Delivery Manager - Chase Brand Credit Cards

- Program Management: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs for Chase Branded Credit Cards, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, technology teams, operations, and executive leadership.
- Product Manager Oversight: Guide and support product managers throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring best practices in product development, prioritization, and execution.
- Executive Status Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise program status updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely resolution of issues.
- Jira Align Hygiene: Maintain rigorous standards in Jira Align, ensuring accurate tracking of program progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, driving resolution and escalation as needed. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion process improvements and agile best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and program outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Proven track record managing and delivering large, complex programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience overseeing product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira Align and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
