Content Foundation Transformation Specialist -Vice President

J.P. Morgan

J.P. Morgan

Posted on Jan 6, 2026

This role reports to the Content Foundation Transformation Lead, and collaborates closely with the team, Product Management, Technology, Brand, Legal, Risk, and cross-LOB stakeholders. You thrive in a cross-matrix organization, operate effectively in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, and bring creative, pragmatic solutions that accelerate adoption and measurable value.

As an AI Foundation Transformation Specialist on the Marketing Transformation team, you should be a hands-on, AI-savvy transformation specialist to help build and scale AI-driven foundational content capabilities and a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem for JPMC Marketing. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps and deliverables, owning key workstreams across metadata/taxonomy, auto-tagging, semantic search, content fragmentation, rights and compliance, and workflow automation.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Foundational Content Transformation Lead to convert vision into quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and phased delivery plans; drive execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned capabilities (discovery, requirements, solution design, prototyping, testing, rollout, and optimization) with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Define AI enablement needs with engineering for DAM and content operations: embeddings/vector search, NLP/LLM metadata enrichment, computer vision/OCR, RAG for discovery and reuse.
  • Establish data foundations and quality loops: labeling standards, human-in-the-loop review, model evaluation (precision/recall, NDCG), monitoring, drift detection, and feedback capture.
  • Drive change management and enterprise adoption: playbooks, training, office hours, communities of practice, onboarding, and ongoing enablement for marketer self-service.
  • Measure and report value realization via dashboards: reuse rates, search success, cycle-time reduction, asset discovery time, production cost savings, licensing utilization, compliance exceptions.
  • Collaborate deeply with Product and Technology to design scalable integration patterns across martech and creative ecosystems (CMS, CRM/CDP, marketing automation, creative tools, adtech), and run ideation and alignment sessions across matrixed LOB stakeholders; consolidate inputs into prioritized solutions and clear phased delivery plans.
  • Support governance routines and controls: metadata and taxonomy councils, rights and licensing guardrails, policy adherence, change control and auditability.
  • Execute pilots and phased rollouts across LOBs; manage readiness checklists, migration plans, and incident triage with postmortems and continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling communications: executive summaries, status updates, demos, and storytelling that connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution with cross-functional partners and escalate as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years in transformation, program delivery, or solution leadership for DAM/content platforms, marketing technology, or related domains.
  • Well-versed in AI applied to DAM and content operations: embeddings/vector search, NLP/LLM pipelines for metadata enrichment and content transformation, computer vision/OCR, RAG, model evaluation and monitoring.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large, cross-matrix organization.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments; creative problem-solver who frames options, drives decisions, and executes with urgency.
  • Strong analytical skills with structured requirements management and KPI-driven delivery.
  • Proficient with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills across all levels, including senior leaders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience implementing and operating enterprise DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Assets or comparable) and integrating with CMS, CRM/CDP, marketing automation, creative tools, and adtech.
  • Knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy design, rights and licensing management, and creative operations/workflows.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices: data pipelines, model lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, and governance.
  • Experience with UX research and usability testing for content discovery and workflow tools.
  • Vendor management and contract coordination experience for DAM, AI, or martech solutions.
