You will collaborate cross-functionally with other lines of business at Chase including Marketing, Card, Lodging, Supplier, Product, Servicing and Experiential teams to inform and execute on the marketing plans. Being able to build meaningful relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, having a strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, and leading with strategic thinking will be critical for this role.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing plans for Chase Travel programs and benefits including The Edit (luxury hotel program), air, cruise, car rentals, activities, and cardmember experiences to position Chase Travel as a high-value provider and industry leader.
- Serve as marketing lead for strategic supplier relationships (e.g., lodging) to build and execute marketing plans that reach the desired target audiences and deliver on partner priorities and contractual obligations.
- Work with cross-functional teams on naming, positioning, activation, and communication strategies for new and existing partnerships and travel benefits.
- Collaborate with the greater marketing team to build strategies for reaching cardmembers through performance and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring creative placements reflect program breadth, strategic partnerships and priority properties.
- Present program details and marketing plans during key cross functional and partner leadership meetings to achieve alignment on joint initiatives and share results.
- Work with Product and Design teams to bring programs and partnerships to life digitally, showcasing partnership benefits as proof points for Chase's unique offerings.
- Serve as the project lead for cardmember experiences (Chase Sapphire Reserve Trips) to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies and ensure timelines are met across marketing and experiential teams. Lead weekly meetings with cross functional teams to share updates, while maintaining an organized marketing timeline and clear communication on deliverables. Serve as liaison with Servicing team to manage consistency with cardmember messaging and maximize engagement with Chase cardmembers.
- Monitor and analyze partnership initiative performance, collaborating with the Data and Analytics team on key performance indicators.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or partner marketing. A
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and activate compelling partnerships that drive user intent.
- Consumer-first mindset, leveraging first- and third-party data to develop best-in-class benefits and create valuable partnerships that inspire customer engagement.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset for marketing key partners.
- Proven track record of gaining alignment and building relationships quickly with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns.
- Experience working with and managing external relationships
- Direct or indirect experience in Travel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong preference for Marketing experience to be with lifestyle consumer brands in travel, entertainment, fashion, or advertising.
- Proficiency in managing multiple marketing plans to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Problem-solving mindset to execute brilliantly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
