As a Product Portfolio Operations Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking Operations Product, Innovation, and Robotics team, you will lead cross-product coordination and drive operational effectiveness. You will oversee the implementation of portfolio strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. Your role will involve coaching teams, managing change initiatives, and optimizing product delivery frameworks. You will be responsible for tracking controls, financials, and resource needs across a complex product portfolio. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions. Job responsibilities:
- Work across products and product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives
- Execute strategy for reporting and communications to support portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Oversee and coach teams to implement and adapt the full product-line framework
- Ensure realization of core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Implement portfolio-level tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions
- Drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers to success
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements
- Manage multiple priorities in a highly complex environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience operating within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategies aligned with business goals
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong customer orientation and experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback
- Ability to lead within a highly complex environment and adapt to change
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Background in Consumer Banking, Business Banking, and Credit Cards
- Experience with portfolio-level tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with large-scale product portfolios
