As a Senior Executive Assistant within theCommercial and Investment Bank, you will serve as a strategic partner to a global executive, overseeing a highly complex and dynamic calendar as well as extensive intricate international travel arrangements. You will employ superior communication and organizational acumen, collaborating with colleagues to optimize client meeting schedules, coordinate visit preparations, and ensure comprehensive client follow-up. Additionally, you will engage closely with key stakeholders to facilitate market visits and presentations.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal liaison for all incoming communications on behalf of the executive, representing leadership in interactions with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Arrange and maintain sophisticated travel plans and itineraries, encompassing multi-country international travel and select domestic travel requirements.
- Administer a complex calendar for a Senior Executive within a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage priorities and maintain essential documentation utilizing firm-approved tools such as LLM and Teams, Commercial bank and Global Commerial Bank sales tools, including the generation of client preparatory materials, maintenance of a client visit repository, and tracking of business priorities.
- Organize post-client visit documentation and follow-up activities, including the drafting of correspondence and recording of key insights.
- Coordinate and facilitate senior-level meetings, including the drafting of communications and presentations, agenda development, preparation and distribution of materials, coordination of guest speakers, and logistical arrangements. Employ tools such as LLM and Teams to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Arrange and maintain comprehensive travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic engagements.
- Provide general office support, including telephone coverage, printing, backup coverage, and floor support as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in planning complex, multi-country international travel and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
- Discretion and sound judgment in confidential matters, with proven experience engaging with all organizational levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong personal leadership and the ability to operate independently and effectively in a demanding, evolving environment.
- Extensive knowledge of JPMorgan Chase’s institutional operations.
- Proficiency in planning complex client visits.
- Advanced technological proficiency, including the use of LLM to drive efficiency, and mastery of all Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience supporting revenue-generating professionals within a financial services context.
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours as necessitated by business requirements.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- A minimum of five years’ experience supporting executive-level leadership, preferably within JPMorgan Chase.
Note: This position mandates five days per week in the office (Monday through Friday) and does not accommodate hybrid work arrangements.
