DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design and implement product management workflows using agile scrum methodology to keep the team aligned on short- and long-term priorities. Define product requirements based on an in depth understanding of the user, the current product, and the product vision. Identify dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). Drive regulatory, risk, and compliance assessments with Product Management by adhering to approval processes. Facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution. Coordinate testing across teams and Agile Product Groups (APGs) to test product quality and validate functionality and performance. Engage with stakeholders to align on objectives and operational business. Conduct pre- and post-release activities including production validations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and OKRs with finance partners and product leaders. Conduct customer analysis to address needs. Set work intent, prioritize the backlog, and accept team outputs. Collaborate with cross- functional teams for alignment. Partner with tech, design, and data teams to validate ideas, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals. Translate ideas into features. Analyze product adoption and barriers to enhance the product, using data insights for improvements and engagement. Update initiatives and epics ensuring all items meet readiness and completion criteria with clear acceptance standard.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered. or as Analytics Solutions, Product Manager, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Product Manager, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Structuring requirements and maintaining product backlogs. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Managing AI/ML product life-cycle including model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and iterative refinements; Monitoring AI/ML products using performance indicators including precision, recall, and F1 score; Designing and executing agile scrum workflows that align with strategic business objectives to accommodate the iterative nature of machine learning products; Capturing and articulating product requirements using Jira via a User Story methodology; Drafting use cases and user stories ensuring traceability from concept through development and testing, including collaboration with data science teams for AI/ML projects; Presenting usability data products in Confluence and PowerPoint; Analyzing and interpreting data using Python and SQL; Machine learning principles including algorithms, frameworks, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation; Conducting comprehensive market analysis that translates qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Identifying risks, designing risk mitigation strategies, and performing compliance assessments throughout the product development lifecycle; Managing AI/ML-related risks such as data bias, model drift, and privacy or ethical issues; Analyzing competitive landscapes and customer feedback to influence product enhancements and technology selection in the AI/ML space; Applying Agile Scrum frameworks to product development.

Full-Time. Salary: $151,500 - $165,000 per year.
