- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Define and prioritize features for payment and digital data services, such as transaction APIs powering search, real-time payment status feeds, user activity analytics, and fraud detection data pipelines
- Ensure data services support seamless digital experiences, including instant payments, mobile notifications, personalized insights, and omnichannel access
- Partner with engineering, digital product, payments operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant data services for digital payments experiences
- Monitor service usage, data quality, digital engagement, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in payment and digital data offerings
- Ensure data services are intuitive, well-documented, and meet high standards for reliability, performance, and security across digital platforms
- Manage risk and ensure compliance within a highly-regulated financial services context
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Deep understanding of payments processing, digital channels, transaction data flows, and related technologies.
- Experience in product management within financial services or payments domains is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and in highly matrixed environments
- Direct people leadership experience required; experience managing both individual contributors and managers required
- Experience working in a highly-regulated industry with changing Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance environment is a must
- Prior experience working on a client-facing product team
