As a Senior Product Strategy Associate within the Card Co-Brand team, you will contribute by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.
Job Responsibilities
- Help to develop and refine individual benefits, overall value propositions, marketing claims, and key reasons-to-believe (RTBs) for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall co-brand card product strategy.
- Collaborate with Commerce partners in Dining, Travel, and Shopping to define and deliver exclusive offers and experiences for strategic project workstreams.
- Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the direction and prioritization of strategic projects.
- Analyze P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of strategic project work.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in strategy or product development
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build executive-level presentations and present to executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience within the credit card or payments industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with analyzing P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
