Job Summary
As a Vice President Product Manager in the QuickDeposit team, you will play a key role in delivering digital payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will manage product backlogs, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects. Your expertise in agile methodologies, process controls, and stakeholder engagement will help drive improvements and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and refine product backlog items to drive value in line with business and stakeholder priorities.
- Define scope and create functional and non-functional JIRA epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with technology, design, and support teams to deliver the product vision.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of product features by working closely with execution teams.
- Identify, communicate, and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
- Support day-to-day operational needs of the product and provide guidance on production issues.
- Track and measure initiatives, monitor product metrics, and share Voice of the Customer insights.
- Identify and strengthen risk and controls for products, working with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance partners.
- Prepare for audits by supporting control design, evaluation, and regulatory exam readiness.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and drive collaboration across teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or related fields.
- Experience managing and executing product backlogs.
- Agile project management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge and experience with control design, risk assessment, and metrics development.
- Experience with audit, control testing, and regulatory exam readiness.
- Ability to think strategically and connect the dots, while also managing execution details.
- Strong influencing, partnership, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, confident in ambiguous circumstances, and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Well-versed in both business and technology.

- Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
