The Lifestyles Governance and Business Operations team is responsible for leading efforts to shape operational excellence. We partner with teams across the firm, including other Card and Connected Commerce pillars, functional partners, and stakeholders from legal, risk, controls, and compliance to maintain an effective oversight and controls environment in accordance with the Firms standards.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Lifestyle, you’ll be the go-to partner for cross-functional collaboration across the Lifestyle organization—supporting sales and operations for campaign launches, managing legal requests, defining compliance guardrails, and driving operational efficiencies through process and product enhancements. You’ll ensure teams accurately manage opportunities, resolve blockers, and facilitate efficient launches. Your impact will extend beyond a single team: you’ll work closely with product, operations, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to address questions, streamline processes, and drive improvements. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Experiential team by managing key pre-event screening processes and will help establish more formalized pre-launch activities for the entire Lifestyle organization, ensuring compliance and readiness for major events and campaigns across all business lines.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general support to sales teams, addressing questions and resolving blockers to facilitate smooth campaign launches.
- Support sales enablement initiatives and collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve issues and support campaign execution.
- Lead and help formalize pre-launch activities for the Lifestyle organization, including supporting the Experiential team with key pre-event screening processes to ensure compliance and readiness for major events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to streamline processes, drive operational improvements, and support campaign execution.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process and product enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall operational excellence.
- Support training and enablement initiatives to optimize Salesforce usage and drive adoption.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate information is captured in Salesforce for compliance and reporting needs.
- Participate in process improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in sales operations, event operations, sales enablement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams.
- Analytical skills to assess opportunity management and campaign readiness.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience supporting sales teams in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance processes related to sales operations.
- Experience in campaign or project launch coordination.
- Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
