As a Business Management Senior Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions within Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you drive analytical, strategic, and operational initiatives that improve business performance. You translate data into clear narratives, support executive decision-making, and help shape the strategic vision for products that enable payments and money movement worldwide. You’ll work across product, line-of-business, and functional partners in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver analytical support for Liquidity and Account Solutions
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to meet targets
- Transform complex information into executive-ready presentations and materials
- Respond to ad‑hoc executive requests with clear analysis and timely updates
- Develop deep knowledge of product suite and infrastructure, aligning capabilities to customer and industry needs
- Explain financial performance, revenue, and expense drivers to business leaders
- Own and improve current-state processes by identifying gaps and opportunities
- Lead projects to socialize, implement, and sustain solutions across the business
- Build strong partnerships with F&BM colleagues across JPM Payments and the Commercial & Investment Bank
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience working in financial services or a comparable analytical environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, proactive problem solver with attention to detail and the big picture
- Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Collaborative teammate with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
- Skill in developing executive-ready presentations and reporting
- Familiarity with payments, liquidity, and account products or infrastructure
- Process improvement and project management experience
- Ability to craft data-driven stories and recommendations
- Experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholders
- Comfort operating in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
