The Head of Select serves as a strategic leader and proxy for business decisions and meetings at the regional level, ensuring consistent implementation of wealth strategies and alignment with broader initiatives. you will act as a liaison between regional directors and key partners, driving day-to-day operations, supporting onboarding and teaming processes, managing real estate and referral pipelines, and providing oversight and guidance to Select advisors. The Head of Select collaborates across Wealth Management and One Chase partners, delivers field feedback, and leads special projects to advance the division’s goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as proxy for Head of Select in business decisions and meetings at the regional level.
- Ensure consistent implementation of wealth strategies through dotted-line relationships with DD-Ws.
- Act as liaison to RD-Ws, driving execution of Select operations and key strategies.
- Provide strategic support and guidance for RD-Ws to customize strategies based on regional nuances.
- Manage the Request to Join (RTJ) pipeline end-to-end, demonstrating detailed insight into all stages.
- Collaborate with PMCs on EEA and co-facilitate Capstone with Sherman.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the real estate team, managing pipeline and site vacancies.
- Lead and facilitate initial discussions with advisors interested in teaming or retirement.
- Drive referral and lead processes across various programs, regularly reviewing dashboards and highlighting opportunities.
- Provide oversight of existing Select advisors to influence adoption of programs and initiatives.
- Consult field leadership on situational requests and drive special projects with high organizational impact.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in wealth management or related financial services.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex pipelines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience supporting onboarding and practice management initiatives.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to field leaders and advisors.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience managing real estate or operational pipelines.
- Ability to drive adoption of programs and initiatives at scale.
- Track record of self-directed contributions and exceeding job responsibilities.
