Job Summary:
As a Strategic Partnerships Contracts Vice President in the Co-Brand Card and Benefit Partners team, you maintain comprehensive oversight of all partnership contracts, obligations, and compliance requirements. You coordinate closely with General Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms, SLAs, and deliverables are met. You proactively prevent breaches, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in contract management processes. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we manage and execute our most important partnership agreements.
Job responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and document partnership contracts, including co-brand, rewards, and benefit agreements
- Maintain a centralized repository of contract terms, obligations, SLAs, and key dates
- Summarize and communicate contract requirements to internal stakeholders
- Monitor and track contractual obligations, SLAs, deliverables, and milestones
- Identify upcoming deadlines and ensure timely fulfillment of obligations
- Develop and maintain dashboards or tracking tools for SLA and requirement status
- Serve as the primary contact for contract requirements and SLAs
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure awareness and accountability
- Escalate risks or missed obligations to leadership and drive resolution
- Facilitate meetings to review progress on deliverables and SLAs
- Identify and document compliance and regulatory triggers within contracts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in contract management, compliance, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to interpret complex contract language and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable and resolve issues
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with co-brand, rewards, or benefit program contracts
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services
- Process improvement and project management experience
