As a Product Office Director within the Card CoBrand & Partner team, you lead the prioritization, planning, and delivery of key initiatives that support our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress across a dynamic portfolio of work. You will help us identify and resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Together, we create solutions that matter for our partners and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing prioritization and planning process for the Card CoBrand & Partner portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust status reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on progress, risks, and issues across the book of work.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to maintain and evolve the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Establish and manage a framework of meetings, governance routines, and communication channels to ensure consistent alignment across key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
  • Implement and oversee portfolio management processes, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues impacting portfolio delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in portfolio management, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or product management within financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading a team of resources accountable for managing complex portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Tableau).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in credit card, payments, or loyalty/rewards businesses.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project/portfolio management certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvement initiatives.
