As a Strategy & Implementation Associate within the Center for Financial Growth & Innovation (CFGI), you will be part of a dynamic team focused on advancing firmwide financial health strategies. You will support high-impact initiatives, develop compelling presentations, and collaborate across lines of business to help drive financial health outcomes for consumers, businesses, and communities. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and provides opportunities to build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Analysis & Insights: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of market, customer, and competitor data to support strategic initiatives.
- Deck Building & Communication: Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and materials for senior management, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of cross-functional projects, tracking progress and coordinating with partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support relationship management with internal partners across lines of business, helping to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Continuous Learning: Seek feedback and mentorship from senior team members to build skills in strategy, communication, and business analysis.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, project support, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create clear, effective presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

- Experience building presentations for senior audiences
- Exposure to financial services, consulting, or related industries
- Interest in financial health, innovation, or community development
