As a Senior Associate, Digital Asset Manager within Chase Content, you will lead the development and management of Chase’s digital asset management (DAM) system for the Content organization, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant operations. Reporting to the Head of Photography, this role oversees asset ingestion, metadata tracking, system optimization, and user training, while collaborating with creative, legal, and external partners to support content production and risk mitigation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an optimized JPMC-compliant DAM system and operational processes that support both creative post-production operations and asset management across multiple lines of businesses.
- Support the photo + video team by managing asset ingest, metadata input + tracking, day-to-day system operations, digital asset optimization via file retouching/resizing, and internal asset research requests.
- Work with our DAM system supplier to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve + maintain our asset library in anticipation of upcoming product updates.
- Train new users on how to use the DAM system efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with external stakeholder requests for asset pulls and asset optimization.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk relating to asset publication.
- Work closely with creative directors to ensure that final deliverables meet brand standards.
- Work under minimum direction and use independent judgment in decision-making.
- Ensure that work is completed on schedule and executed at the highest level of quality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 5+ years of Digital Asset Management (DAM) system management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of asset management standards (e.g. usage rights, file types, tracking processes).
- Proven ability to own the development of new processes and evolve workflows to support a growing organization’s digital assets library.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Bridge.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver under tight deadlines independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Air Table, Workfront).
- Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
