Join our Chief Administrative Office Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Purchase and Pay and Approvals. As Chief of Staff, you will drive strategic priorities, foster collaboration, and support leadership in delivering innovative solutions for our employees and suppliers.

As Chief of Staff – Program Management – Vice President in Global Supplier Services, you will partner closely with the Head of Product to manage key initiatives and routines. You will help create a cohesive and seamless experience for employees and suppliers across purchasing, ordering, contracting, invoicing, paying, and approving. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Product for Purchase and Pay and Approvals to define and manage strategic priorities
  • Plan and oversee operational activities, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, off-sites, and site visits
  • Lead special projects and drive them to successful outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound requests, triaging and delegating tasks to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners across the firm to support team objectives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategy, management consulting, Chief of Staff or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on setting priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence leaders and build rapport at all levels
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and product operating models, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in product or supply chain fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
