Product Manager - Global Security, Vice President

As a Product Manager Vice President in Global Security, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Conduct deep analyses of end-to-end business processes, tooling, and data flows—supplemented by stakeholder interviews, market research, and user feedback—to validate problems, uncover gaps, and define high-impact opportunities for DIME and UEM.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions with Engineering, UX/EX, Security Operations and Data Owners to capture requirements, drive consensus and align on solution architectures.
- Refine and prioritize the product backlog: author epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence, manage dependencies with Product Delivery Managers, and update release plans.
- Embed data governance, security controls and compliance requirements into every feature through cross-functional partnerships to deliver audit-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Lead Agile delivery for UEM — leading sprint planning, coordinating QA/UAT, managing release deployments, and driving swift defect and production-issue resolution — to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with the Automation, Reporting & Intelligent Analytics (ARIA) platform product to integrate predictive models, automated workflows and advanced dashboards that accelerate detection and response efforts.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics (adoption, data quality, incident response times, reliability, risk posture), using interactive dashboards and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Hands-on Product Management experience in enterprise security, data-integration or incident-management domains, with a proven track record launching large-scale SaaS/platform products
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence), including backlog prioritization, epic/user-story definition, release planning, and full product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of data governance and metadata management principles, API-first design, event-driven architectures and integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, REST/GraphQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct deep analyses of complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product enhancements
- Exceptional communication, influencing and executive-presence skills—adept at driving consensus in highly matrixed environments, distilling diverse stakeholder feedback, and delivering compelling executive presentations
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product discovery, ideation, market research and translate business requirements into strategic roadmap priorities
- Demonstrated success working with SaaS or enterprise-scale platform products, managing competing priorities, and building cross-functional partnerships across engineering, UX/EX, operations and delivery teams
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with cloud data lake platforms and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms, unified command-and-control systems or Security Operations Centers (SOCs)
- Experience partnering with AI/ML and analytics teams to embed predictive models, automated workflows and advanced dashboards into production systems, accelerating data-driven decision-making
- Experience leveraging process-mining and task-mining tools and intelligent automation to optimize and streamline business workflows

Knowledge of data-sharing frameworks, metadata cataloging, entitlement services and broader data-governance best practices
