As a Senior UX Research Operations Associate and Business Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our user experience research practice. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will manage vendor relationships, streamline research operations, and support the onboarding of new tools. Your initiative and organizational skills will ensure researchers have the resources they need to succeed, while you drive process improvements and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize vendor relationships and research tools to support UX research and design teams.
- Oversee operational systems, access management, and process improvements for research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Tech, Legal, and Policy, to resolve issues and drive projects forward.
- Serve as the go-to resource for knowledge sharing on research tools and vendor information.
- Organize and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables related to research operations.
- Coordinate team activities, documentation, and internal communications to foster collaboration.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in UX Research Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management and process/project management.
- Strong understanding of UX research tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience supporting or managing user experience research teams.
- Familiarity with onboarding and integrating new research tools and vendors.
- Track record of driving process improvements in a research or design environment.
- Experience with audit, compliance, or risk management in research operations.
