Job Summary
As an Open Banking Partner Development Lead in Strategic Partnerships, you help us build and manage relationships that drive growth and innovation. You work with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful value for our customers. You play a key role in developing new opportunities and ensuring our customers’ data is protected. Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Lead partner engagement and support partnership conversations
- Align business priorities with partner opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to shape partnership strategies
- Structure partnership benefits and business cases
- Define and submit data requests to support decision-making
- Develop clear, data-driven narratives for partnership proposals
- Support the delivery of customer value through innovative solutions
- Ensure customer data protection in all partnership activities
- Contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused team culture
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- Experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
- Commercial instinct and understanding of business cases
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years in partnerships or strategy, ideally in financial services
- Experience with credit card or financial data products
- Ability to work across leadership levels and functions
- Comfort with financial models and deal economics
- Growth mindset and collaborative approach
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build new solutions
