Job Summary:
As a Vice President Cobrand Product Strategy in the Product Team, you set the strategic direction for our cobrand credit card portfolio and drive product innovation across partner brands. You champion platform strategies that enable scalable, reusable solutions and accelerate speed to market. You empower cross-functional teams, foster technology autonomy, and ensure our products align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Champion initiatives that accelerate speed to market and technology autonomy
- Foster adoption of modern engineering practices and platform capabilities
- Partner with product and customer experience teams to drive automation and eliminate manual processes
- Identify and execute platform product strategies for scalable, reusable solutions
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver rapid product development and integration
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
- Lead competitive benchmarking and leverage insights to inform product strategy
- Develop business cases with Finance and Analytics partners
- Implement scorecards and reporting tools to track product performance
- Deliver executive updates and strategic recommendations to leadership forums
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5-7+ years in product strategy, product management, or related fields
- Experience in financial services or payments preferred
- Proven experience developing and executing platform product strategies
- Track record in agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated success in accelerating speed to market and empowering technology teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations
- Experience launching consumer-facing digital products with a focus on user experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Familiarity with Chase business services and cobrand credit card offerings
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
- Financial acumen and experience developing business cases
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing analytics
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologies
- Strong customer-centric focus and ability to translate customer needs into product solutions
