Job Summary

As the Head of Digital in The Infatuation, you will be the most senior product leader, responsible for setting and executing the product roadmap across our website and mobile apps. You will define the long-term vision, while remaining deeply hands-on in product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, personalized experiences for our users. Job responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web and mobile platforms
  • Lead product execution from discovery and experimentation through launch and iteration
  • Answer “Where should I eat tonight?” in a way that feels magical, trustworthy, and deeply personal for each user
  • Drive innovation in dining discovery through personalization, intelligent recommendations, and AI-enabled features
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve user discovery, engagement, and loyalty
  • Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive, high-quality consumer experiences
  • Translate editorial voice and expertise into scalable product features
  • Collaborate with Chase Benefits partners to integrate cardholder value
  • Use data, research, and insights to inform product decisions
  • Establish product principles and decision frameworks to enable fast, effective teamwork
  • Shape culture, standards, and ways of working as a senior leader

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Passion for restaurants, dining, and local discovery
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership on consumer products
  • Proven ability to set product strategy and drive execution
  • Experience building products in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong product intuition and comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence skills
  • Deep understanding of consumer product usability and engagement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Startup experience in consumer, marketplace, or platform environments
  • Experience with mobile-first, discovery-driven, or recommendation-based products
