Overview
The JPMorganChase Marketing Communications team is seeking an Internal Communications Senior Associate to support the Marketing leadership team and drive change management communications across JPMorganChase Marketing. In this role, you will help plan and execute high-impact leadership communications and employee engagement programs, while building clear, consistent narratives that connect strategy, culture and business priorities. You will report to the Head of Internal and Executive Communications for JPMC Marketing, and partner closely with Internal Communications colleagues, the Marketing executive team, and the External Communications organization to ensure alignment across integrated marketing and communications efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Support the internal and executive communications strategy for Marketing, contributing to messaging, content plans, and channel execution with a modern, authentic voice.
- Plan and execute leadership forums end-to-end support, including agenda development, speaker prep, content and visual storytelling, production logistics, and post-event measurement.
- Draft and edit leadership communications, including talking points, executive emails, intranet posts, video scripts, presentations, FAQs, and toolkits.
- Drive change management communications for key initiatives: stakeholder mapping, communications plans and cadences, change champion engagement, feedback loops, and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate across internal JPMorganChase marketing support teams (social, brand/advertising, video, content), business partners, and agencies to ensure message alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage editorial calendars and enterprise channels to reach employees where they are, ensuring consistency across formats and geographies.
- Build measurement frameworks and reporting to track engagement, sentiment, and impact; use insights to improve content and channel mix.
- Partner with External Communications to align internal narratives with external positioning for integrated marketing/communications campaigns.
- Support issues, change, and time-sensitive communications with strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Occasional domestic travel required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications; experience in a large, matrixed organization is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive communications and employee engagement programs, including all-hands or town halls.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor voice and format for senior leaders and diverse employee audiences.
- Experience supporting change communications and adoption for enterprise initiatives; familiarity with change management practices and toolkits.
- Skilled cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering across social, brand/advertising, video, and content teams.
- Comfort and fluency with social and multimedia formats; visual storytelling skills a plus.
- Experience coordinating with agencies or vendors on content creation, events, and distribution is a plus.
- Data-informed approach, using measurement tools to track results and optimize communications.
- Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and professional presence; able to manage sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, anticipate roadblocks, and deliver high-quality work under pressure and outside standard hours when needed.
