As the Business Analyst II within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities
- Support the strategy, execution, and ongoing operations of the Select Advisor program within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
- Focus on data analysis, advisor enablement, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination to scale the Select channel and ensure a consistent advisor and client experience.
- Partner closely with Select Field Leadership, Strategy & Execution, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to turn priorities into action and track progress.
- Support execution of Select Advisor initiatives, pilots, and national programs.
- Coordinate deliverables and manage dependencies, handoffs, and timelines across Field Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Operations partners.
- Analyze advisor and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Select channel.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor adoption, participation, and outcomes.
- Support ad hoc analysis for leadership discussions, planning sessions, and decision-making.
- Track advisor questions, feedback, and issues, coordinating follow-ups and maintaining advisor-ready resources such as guides, FAQs, and reference materials.
- Support tracking and management of Select Advisor cohorts, surfacing risks, gaps, and execution challenges early to help frame options and recommendations for leadership.
- Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, reviews, and key initiatives for Select, including pilots and national launches.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, analytics, operations, or program support roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating leadership-ready materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without authority
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
