About 23 Wall: 23 Wall is a global team dedicated to ensuring the power of the full JPMorgan Chase franchise is brought to bear for the world’s largest, most sophisticated clients and their family offices across lines of business. The team sits within the Private Bank but has a LOB-agnostic mandate. We provide insight and access to the firm's expertise, capital, and deal flow across client balance sheets.

Job Description: The PB/CB Partnership Program Lead will drive the creation and execution of a national, data-driven strategy to systematically manage referrals across Private Bank (PB) and Commercial Bank (CB). This leader will be accountable for program success, delivering actionable insights, and fostering collaboration between PB and CB teams at both national and local levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and communicate a 3–5-year vision for the partnership, identifying key milestones and success metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with PB and CB market leads, ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration.
    • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders (e.g., Dave Frame, Melissa Smith, Matt Sable).
  • Program Leadership: Partner on the rollout of the PB/CB partnership program, ensuring systematic data capture and robust reporting.
    • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, reporting directly to senior executive sponsors.
    • Share best practices and scale the program nationally by leveraging pilot learnings.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and deliver referral and client data to leadership, prioritizing C-suite and strategic relationships.
    • Leverage PB and CB CRM systems to generate insights and drive local market performance.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data reporting, or program management within financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional or cross-line-of-business initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
