Vice President, Product Manager - Data Management

As a Product Manager in Consumer and Community Banking Data and Analytics team, you will lead the development of a cutting-edge Data Quality & Contracts Platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our business with trusted, high-quality data and robust contract management capabilities, driving innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Defines and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform.
- Gathers and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance functions.
- Leads end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with engineering, UX, data governance and data products teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Establishs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
- Drives change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment and adopt and pivot to evolving business needs by learning quickly on-the-job
- Communicates product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
3+ years focused on data management, data quality, or contract management platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) and contract management solutions.
- Technical proficiency in data architecture, data integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
