As an Associate in the Chief of Staff team, you will help drive operational excellence, strong governance, and seamless collaboration across a dynamic, data-driven organization.
As an Associate in the CDAO Chief of Staff team, you will support the daily operations and effectiveness of the organization. You will assist with preparing executive materials, coordinating meetings and events, managing internal communications, and tracking progress on key initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda setting, scheduling, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure accountability and progress.
- Support the organization and execution of internal events, such as team offsites, roadshows, and town halls.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefing documents, and talking points for leadership meetings and internal forums.
- Facilitate effective communication across the CDAO and its internal partners by drafting updates, summaries, and other communications.
- Act as a point of contact for routine inquiries, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Assist with status reporting, tracking key performance indicators, and monitoring progress against objectives.
- Support resource planning and help maintain organizational records, such as headcount and budget trackers.
- Contribute to initiatives that streamline internal processes and enhance team productivity.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Strategy, Business Management, COO, Chief of Staff, or similar roles, ideally within financial services or data/analytics environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise materials for internal audiences.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working with technology, data, or analytics teams.
- Familiarity with data management, analytics platforms, or AI/ML concepts.
- Interest in emerging trends in data, analytics, or artificial intelligence, and a willingness to learn how these impact businesses.
